Little things that matter

I was reading an article early morning which stated that we at times under estimate the influence of little things in life. What a powerful statement it was, that I planned to jot down few of them for you. While we are busy accomplishing our goals in this competitive world, we tend to overlook these small little things of happiness. New Year Celebration @ Taj Mahal Agra

Hey Everyone... Wishing you all a very happy and a fabulous New Year.

This New year we decided to celebrate at Taj Mahal, the monument of love and one of the seven wonders of the world. Started our journey from Delhi, Agra stands at approx 216 kms and the drive via the Taj expressway(Yamuna expressway) is beyond words. Amazing views and an excellent infra, makes it worth. There are 3 toll plaza's on the way and it would charge you 415 one way and 695 for return within 24 hours. We had a superb drive and reached ManSingh Palace.

Freshened up and left to see the beauty of Taj. Since it was a weekend and of course the new year eve, there was a maddening crowd. Took a battery van to the entry gate and we could see a 3 km long queue for the entrance. Drenched with sweat (in December ;)), we had won the battle and made our dashing entrance to this monument in one and half hour. Anxiously walking from the west gate, the moment I turned, very first glimpse of Taj Mahal made me utter .. W…
